Out on the bridge's wings gave a fantastic view, not only of the ocean but of the foc's'le deck below us and of the length of the ship running aft. This is the only vantage point onboard the ship where you can actually see the blue of the QE2's hull. We had a great time up here, it was a gorgeous day.

Most of the ship's controls are duplicated on both wings, on the above photo of the pedestal compass (close up) you can see in the background a large covered recepticle which when opened reveals these controls. There is one on each of the wings, as well as being a compass on each side too.
